Article 2 — Access to the website
The website gives Users free access to the following: a presentation of the agency, listings of properties for sale and to rent in Mauritius, general information about property investment in Mauritius, and a contact form.
The website is accessible anywhere to any User with an internet connection. Access may be suspended or interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance or updates, without the publisher incurring any liability.
Part of the website is reserved for managing the listings and is accessible only to persons authorised by the publisher, using personal credentials. Any unauthorised access or attempt to access is prohibited.
Article 3 — Nature of the information published
Property listings published on the website are provided for information only and are not contractually binding.
